MY STORY

From Education to Design

Hello! My name is Valerie. My journey into instructional design is rooted in a deep-seated passion for how people learn. Transitioning from years as a classroom educator and school counselor, I bring a unique, empathetic lens to corporate learning. I’ve worn many hats, from directing student activities to leading marketing initiatives, each role refining my ability to translate complex information into actionable, engaging narratives. Today, I leverage educational psychology and cognitive science to build intuitive educational experiences that empower learners and deliver measurable impact. On a personal note: Wherever there’s a shoreline, you’ll find my husband, our dog, and me. We love road trips and discovering new beaches in different states.

I’d love to connect and explore how we can work together.
Kindly,
Valerie Pitter Bryant, M.Ed
